Where is this card accepted?

Go to the RedBalloon website and browse for the experience or product you want to redeem your gift card on. Add this to your cart and follow the steps to checkout. Once you have reached the checkout, either log in to your account, create an account or continue as a guest to enter your gift card number and pin. Check all the details are correct and confirm payment. Once this is complete, you will receive an email confirming your booking details. Follow the instructions in the email to request your preferred booking dates for your experience. If you need more information on how to use your gift card or e-gift card, click the ‘use a voucher’ icon in the navigation menu.
Terms and Conditions
Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card is redeemable for any product on the RedBalloon website. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded. Cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers. Card will expire 5 years from the date of issue. Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date. Cannot be reloaded. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use at any time.
